January 28 is a holiday of the town of Razgrad, the home of FC Ludogorets

The town of Razgrad, located in northeastern Bulgaria, celebrates its holiday on January 28. The reason is the Liberation of the city during the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78. The city is internationally famous for the football team “Ludogorets” – a multiple champion of Bulgaria in football.
